Quite simply there is no language to describe today’s views, vistas, and scenery.
I wish you could feel the same breeze on your face, standing on a ledge at 6800ft, with the sounds of water thousands of feet below and seeing the bald eagle soar through the sky above you, and smell the untainted air of forest pines and fertile soil. Today was unlike any other for me. From the foreign jutting rocks that appeared unearthly, sculpted by the hands of time hundreds of feet above me, to the remnants of a destructive forest fire that burned and scorched the wilderness years prior.
We were now in the Russian Wilderness which immediately it became more rocky and jagged and raw- Cragg like. Massive rock formations erupting from the mountains- beautiful but other worldly.
